Various processes under Thermo Chemical Conversion are given below.

Pyrolysis : Thermal decomposition of organic matter under vacuum or inert atmospheric conditions.

Gasification : Thermal decomposition of organic matter in the presence of limited supply of air or oxygen to produce combustible gases thus converting calorific value of organic material into a gaseous carrier.

Densification : Physical compaction of loose biomass into uniform size solid fuel.
